Getting Started

Open the Plan tab and tap the microphone to record a voice brain dump, or type directly into the text field. Describe everything you need to do today — tasks, appointments, errands — in any order.

Tap Plan My Day and the AI will organise everything into a time-blocked schedule. Review the plan and tap Start My Day to activate it.

An internet connection is required when creating a new plan — the AI processing happens on our server. Once your plan is active, the app works fully offline. All your plans, backlog items, and notifications are stored on your device.

The Focus tab always shows your current time block. You have three actions:

  • Done — marks the block complete and moves to the next one
  • Later — snoozes the block to the end of your remaining schedule
  • Skip — skips the block without completing it

Notifications

Notifications are scheduled when you tap Start My Day. If you're not receiving them, check the following:

  • Go to your device's Settings → Priority One → Notifications and ensure they are enabled
  • Make sure Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking the app
  • Check that the app is not restricted by battery saver settings

Yes. Go to your device's Settings → Priority One → Notifications and toggle them off. Your plans and Focus tab will continue to work normally without notifications.

Subscription & Billing

Priority One includes a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial expires and will not be billed.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play — not directly through the app.

  • iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Priority One → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Priority One → Cancel

You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Open the Plan tab and tap Restore Access. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for your original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly.

Data & Privacy

All your plans, backlog items, and settings are stored locally on your device. We have no cloud database of your personal data. The only time data leaves your device is when you create a new plan — your brain dump text (or voice recording) is sent to our server for AI processing and then discarded.

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device. Since we don't store your personal data on our servers, there is nothing further to delete on our end.
