Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Priority One mobile application (the "App") operated by One Absolute ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Priority One, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Priority One is an AI-powered daily planning app that turns your spoken or typed brain dump into a time-blocked schedule. The App uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Whisper) to generate plans. The quality and accuracy of generated plans depend on the input you provide and the capabilities of these AI systems.

3. Subscription and Payment

Priority One is available on a subscription basis:

• A 3-day free trial is included with the yearly plan
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the end of the trial period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not handle payment details directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App's AI features at scale
• Submit content through the App that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of One Absolute. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

The day plans generated for you by the App are based on content you provide. We do not claim ownership over the content of your personal plans.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• AI-generated plans will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs
• The App will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Absolute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or missed appointments, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
